Rebirth of a Nation
It is not necessary that we should all agree on the issues discussed in this article, inasmuch
as they will be open for public debate after the liberation of the Confederate States of America!
Those who seek a truly free, just and honorable society must be prepared to accept a little give and take, as well as responsibility, which is required to make it happen. The restoration of our liberties and self-governance will never take place without moral self-discipline, as well as a presence of the Almighty God in the lives of our citizens. The journey to a free and independent nation must begin with an understanding that ‘freedom’ does not translate into a ‘free-for-all’ and an independent Confederate States of America will not long stand, unless it rests upon biblical principles, the option is a quick slide into tyranny.
Inasmuch as the empire is quite capable of self-destructing at any time, be that in the very near future or else a lengthier period of time down the road, there are some issues I’d like to mention, that all of us should remember. National elections will be held in order to fill the now valid but vacant seats in the Confederate States Government, then the inaugurations will take place. Afterward the real action begins, that of putting our nation back together again!
When the Confederate States of America is once more a free and independent people and nation, there will be a natural desire to restore our history, heritage and culture to dominance; this can be done, but along the way we must remove every trace of Yankee presence from our homeland. Even their popular culture, music, movies and videos games must be replaced with our own.
The entire presence of the liberal Hollywood and entertainment industries must be removed and our own constructed in their place, staffed by those more attuned to our history, heritage and culture, in the modern context of our times. We should all pray the Confederacy uses far more wisdom then has the Yankee Empire, therefore there are certain ‘does and don’t’ that should become a matter of official policy. A few of them are mentioned below:
1. The Confederate States of America should reject the debt accumulated by the United States; we have been an occupied nation, occupied nations are not responsible for the debts of their occupiers. While we have indeed participated in the Yankee Electoral System, our people have been limited to a choice between the lesser of the two evils, all of which where in allegiance to our occupation forces.
2. The Federal Reserve must not be allowed to exist within the Confederate States of America, and the Confederate States Monetary System should be gold and silver backed. This is not as impossible as it sounds, an import fee {avoid the word tariff}, should be imposed, a percentile of which would go toward gold and silver to back the monetary system. This system should be grand fathered in over approximately 15 years, during which time; money would be sucked into the Confederacy like a vacuum.
4. The Citadel and the Virginia Military Institute should be temporarily closed, cleansed of its political correctness and Yankee Influence, then reopened as Confederate patriot military institutions of higher learning. This should include installing all of the flags and symbols of the Confederacy, including the playing of Dixie, as well as the teaching our history, heritage, culture and nationhood.
5. All public parks, buildings, streets, etc. that have been given politically correct or Yankee names should be renamed and all monuments honoring our occupations should be removed; this would include the elimination of all Yankee Holidays, in favor of our own. In so many ways, Yankee nomenclature, symbols and signs have been ingrained into our society, wherever found they must be removed.
6. Arlington National Cemetery should be closed as a cemetery forever; private funds should be sought, whereby all of the graves would be honorably removed and returned to the individual states concerned. There must be plenty of care taken for the sake of honor and respect; afterward Arlington should be restored as the historic and memorial plantation of General Robert E. Lee and his family.
7. Illegal Immigrants, scalawags and those of obvious Yankee persuasion should be given a temporary visitors visa and six months to leave the Confederacy. Those who are U.S. Citizens would loose nothing, since they would remain U.S. Citizens, the others would simply be returning to their nation of origin. Also all ruminants of the United Nations and other global organizations should be removed from the Confederate States of America.
8. Civil Terrorist and hate groups such as the N.A.A.C.P., Urban League, and the Southern Poverty Law Center should be among those returning to Yankee Land; their disruptions of society must no longer be permitted within the Confederate States of America. Blacks and others who wish to stand with us as equals in a Confederate Society should be prepared to do so without favoritism, and upon the principle that we all take our chances in society.
9. Politically correct terms such as African American or Mexican American does not represent proper English terms, additionally the human race is not divided into male and female gender, but rather male and female sex. The term ‘gender’ refers solely to the masculine and feminine attributes of each sex! We should return to proper English terms and refer to the individual races and sexes of humanity, by their correct names.
10. Homosexuality should be restored to its proper classification as a perversion and a sin against both God and man; all homosexual marriages and other such relationships should be terminated under law. Homosexuality is not an alternate lifestyle, it is a vile and ungodly practice, that results from an individual’s own choice, it can be avoided, just as other human behaviors, it is a matter or morality and self discipline.
11. We all believe in freedom of the press, which is essential to our liberties, but a liberal controlled press is not freedom of the press. This situation has developed over a prolonged period of time, inasmuch as they recruit their employees from liberal Colleges and Universities. The liberal grip on the mass media must be broken; even if it requires removing their licenses to operate and breaking up their colossal size networks.
12. The mass media and the entertainment industry must be brought under the jurisdiction of the States and required to obey state law, particularly any morals laws the states may choose to pass. It is urgent that the monopolization of the mass media by a few corporations also be broken, the issue of frequencies now controlled by the Yankee Federals can be dealt with through an inter-state cooperative.
13. Those who have read the Confederate States Constitution carefully, realize it has provision not found in the U.S. Constitution; among which is that any three States may levy Charges against a sitting Federal Judge. Additionally it contains an alternate means of amending our Constitution, whereby any three States may propose an Amendment. Our people must use these and other powers available, in order to ensure that all domestic governance is returned to the individual States.
14. Finally, we must ensure that no Confederate Federal Judge will ever exercise the kind of dictatorial powers, as has the Yankee Federal Judges. The Confederacy never got around to appointing Federal Judges, but after the liberation they this will likely take place. Their proper roll is more like unto a referee, where two or more states are in conflict in law, whereby they simply decide which state holds precedence in a particular case, or else where the borders of two or more states are at question.
The Confederate States Supreme Court must not be allowed to overturn state law or their individual constitutional provisions and the numbers of justice sitting on our Supreme Court should be reduced to three members. Above all else, the Confederate States Supreme Court must be compelled to exercise only those specific powers enumerated in our constitution, and be allowed to usurp powers through precedence.
15. The term National Guard should be replaced, and each State should develop State Armed Forces, with their individual Governors as the sole Commander in Chief. The Confederate States Government should not be permitted to federalize the State Armed Forces, save for a Declaration of War {using those specific terms} and the threat of an imminent attach upon the nation, even then the termination of federalization should be well defined before hand.
16. It should be defined in law, that an individual is a citizen of the Confederate States, only inasmuch as he or she is a citizen of any one of the member States or territories of the Confederacy. The foundation of nationhood rests with the individual States; such a law is urgent in order to clarify that particular principle. It should be well established in law that the States created the Confederacy not the other way around!
17. The division of political power with the states has become imbalanced; this has lead to our cities completely dominating the urban areas within the State Legislatures, and the cities being overrun with liberals. This situation came about when the Yankee Supreme Court overthrew all State Constitutions; previously State Senators were elected from fixed geographic districts, not unlike counties or parishes, but normally larger in size.
The old system meant that the State Senate was previously dominated by the rural and the House by the urban, thus a proper division of power. The old system must be updated and reinstated within all of the member States of the Confederacy; this is critical in order to maintain our then hard won State Sovereignty.
18. Many emergency situations will arise such as hurricanes, tornadoes and other natural disasters, which is presently the responsibility of the Federal Emergency Management {FEMA}. An effective way to deal the such problems, which will arise between the states, is through the formation of an interstate cooperative, whereby the participating states contribute manpower and resources, as well as each state holding a seat on its governing board.
19. It is recommended that the entire public school system be dismantled, and government at all levels should be forbidden to deal with education, least they repeat the propaganda and indoctrination of our occupation forces; under this strategy, all public schools through the 12th grade would be privatized. Short of this, the other option should be to remove liberalism, political correctness as well as the dumb down philosophy, now dominant in our schools.
20. Our mission should be to establish a just and moral society, as such we must be prepared to accept certain responsibilities, among which is to turn away from the unisex culture of the Yankee Empire. We can begin by setting a proper dress code for our schools, up to and including Colleges and Universities, a code requiring girls to dress as girls and boys as boys. Females would wear modest dresses or shirts and blouses, skirt covering the knees when seated!
21. There will be those who will oppose a dress code for College and Universities, which should include a code of conduct for all students. The wild arrogant, sensual and constant party mentality of so many students should be ended; higher education is not a right, but a privilege, those who cannot conform to minimum standards of dress and conduct, should seek an occupation not requiring a higher education.
The foundation of any educational system must be to instill a sense of self-discipline, good manners, proper behavior and decorum! The learning process includes the way in which we dress ourselves, these stand together with good manners and self-discipline, one is rarely seen without the others. We may wonder why society has become so debased, perverted and lawless, while ignoring the self-evident truth, that we fail to instill self-discipline in our children.
22. All issues such as race, abortion as well as Christianity in the public schools, along with all domestic affairs, must be returned to the jurisdiction of the individual states. It is anticipated that most if not ‘all’ of our individual Confederate States, will choose to reclassify abortion rightfully as a crime of murder, save for an extreme medical crisis. The Almighty God in Christ Jesus, the Holy Scriptures and prayer, will likely be restored to all public places, including our schools, but be that as it may, these choices must be left to the good citizens of the individual states via their state representatives, and to them alone.
23. Among our precious liberties is the unalienable right to worship the Almighty God, according to the Holy Scriptures; therefore freedom of religion should never be interpreted as freedom from religion. Both the United States and the Confederate States were both established upon a foundation of the Christian Faith, the United States has all but abandoned both their constitution, as well as the God of their forefathers.
24. While the Confederate States of America as a people, society and nation should honor and permit other religions; this fact should not be used as a means to disenfranchise our people from the unalienable right to teach and advocate the Almighty God, according the Holy Scriptures, privately and publicly. The Christian Faith must be allowed to become dominant, as indeed it will by natural course, once our free exercise has been restored.
It is recommended that the Confederacy retain the 21 year voting age requirement, however a third option might be to amend our constitution allowing for a well defined acceptation for those between the age of 18 and 20, who demonstrate a higher sense of maturity and self-discipline. While it is true men often goes to war at the age of 18 and this is always regretful, nonetheless this is not a viable reason to believe they are mature enough to join the electorate.
Comment: The afore-described 25 articles are but a portion of the issues, which should be addressed after the liberation; in essence our entire civilization within each individual state, will need to be reconstituted beginning with its very foundation, our history, heritage culture as well as our unique ‘Southern Accent, including its accompanying distinctive terminology’ should be widely taught in our institutions of learning.
We all want a nation where our women and children are safe and secure in their homes as well as in public, any time of the day or night, where our children have no fear of bullies, thugs or school shootings. Where thieves who rob and destroy will not invade our homes and businesses; dope dealers, potheads and gangs will not overrun our neighborhoods. These things cost dearly, in ways not related to money, but rather speak of the manner in which we raise our children.
God save the Confederacy
